Movie Haiku:Young Druze woman (Khoury) living in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights agrees to an arranged marriage with a Syrian TV star. There’s a lot to like in this Israeli film, especially Abbas''s strong performance as the Bride’s pragmatic older sister, but the personal elements & the political elements don’t quite gel.
