| | Movie Haiku: | We both marveled @ the power of Foxx's incarnation of Ray Charles, especially during the performance sequences, but we're divided on the biopic elements. Rich found them by-the-numbers whereas Jan thought they gained power, building to a deeply moving finale. But in life & art, this man was his music! |
