Movie Haiku:CIFF 2010: Based on a true story, Aron Ralston is an experienced, athlectic, self-reliant adventurer. Trapped in an isolated canyon with no prospect of rescue, he does what he needs to survive. The narrow, first person focus gives the movie is intense quality. However, we were not convinced by the idea that experience changed his basic outlook on life.
