| | Movie Haiku: | Western classic that finally snagged John Wayne his "lifetime achievement" Oscar, stylishly remade with Bridges (who won his own LAO last year) wearing Duke''''s boots. Great production values (cinematography, score, etc) but the actors seem like they''''re sleep-walking. The first Coen Brothers film with absolutely no edge & it will probably make them a fortune. |
