Movie Haiku:Watching the director's commentary for this 2011 Oscar Candidate, we can understand the critique of patriarchy in general & the era of the Greek Generals in particular. But watching the film itself is such an unpleasant experience that we can't quite applaud. Father (Stergioglou) confines his wife & 3 kids to a gated sububan home for their own "protection."
