Movie Haiku:SPLIT DECISION: Rich has tremendous empathy for the plight of young Oskar Schell (Horn) already cognitively challenged when he loses his father (Hanks) on 9/11. All the elements (cast, score, cinematography, etc) worked for Rich, bringing him into Oskar''''s world. But Jan hated the whole thing, finding Horn''''''''s portrayal of Oskar "extremely annoying & incredibly fake."
