| | Movie Haiku: | We both loved Inarritu’s AMORES PERROS, so we approached this film with high expectations, but there’s no “big picture” here, just the pain of individuals overwhelmed by totally random tragedies. Del Toro’s superb as is Leo as his wife, but Penn & Watts are limited by their weak back stories.
